Hello wednesday - loopy cord

Don't you just LOVE wednesday's? Say hello to wednesday "hello wednesday" It's all downhill from now on to the weekend - yippee!!!

Hello everyone, I got a bit side tracked this morning.  I started writing this post then I got an idea for a NEW Christmas design.....................well I got somewhat side tracked!!  I am a little late designing our Christmas ribbons this year, we had the Best of British event which took up a lot of time and then..........the weather was horrid, lost my mojo.............need I say more.

We have a super guest designer for todays hello wednesday idea.  Laura came to visit us a couple of weeks back (on a really horrid rainy day).  She and her parents were holidaying in the area and could not resist the chance to come and say hi. Laura has joined in with many of our ribbon challenges and has been an avid blog follower.

I have a huge selection of ribbons that I have just not found the time to put onto our website, during our recent re-organising we removed these ribbons to one area of the warehouse (OMG I must do something about this!)  The ribbons Laura used on todays project came from this "unloved" pile of ribbons.

Laura has turned our loopy cord into this stunning necklace.  The seed bead loops and drop crystals make this an enchanting piece of jewellery.  A super imaginative creation Laura, and you have spurred me on to photograph these little loopy cords.

All the colours will be going on the site today - when they are on you will find them here.

Laura brought me a prezzie when she came to the warehouse, I like prezzies and this was soooooo sweet..............

.............the picture makes it look huge, but it is tiny.  I just wanted you to see all the detail. Laura you are one very talented designer and thank you for allowing me to use your creations today.

Now wish me luck in the meeting, I ask ALL the team to be truthful with my ideas, if they feel they can be changed, altered or if they need redesigning in any way I want them to say so.  We need to know that they are perfect BEFORE going to print.  Only one little problem with this................I hate having my designs pulled apart, I get into a right stomp, throw all my toys out of the pram and normally sulk all afternoon!!!!!

I do take on board everyones comments............and end up designing better ribbbons........................but!
