Ribbon Challenge 11

I have really enjoyed my afternoon.  Opening prezzies and taking photo's - who would say "NO" to an afternoon of that?

My past record has not been great for matching names with ribbon challenge goodies! So this time when the challenge envelopes arrived, there was no ripping open and ooing and aahing - I was controlled.  I just had a sneak peak.  I might add it's not as much fun!!!!

With fingers and toes crossed, I hope all the cards and goodies have been made by the person I am about to give credit to.  So here goes....

This little cheeky chappie has been made by Wilma.  Oh he is so cute.....

...and the inside is just plain perfect.

I think this is the first easel card we have had from Wilma (corect me if I am wrong!) The little white hearts have been cut from the edge of the ribbon - clever.

The box gave Wilma a "Heartache" until she got it right, you got it right  - it's a stunner.  The flower is perfect Wilma, she followed our instructions HERE. Not sure the sweeties will make it around the exhibitions!!!

The background on this card is so delicate.  Wilma included details of how it was done, coloured ink pads, a versamark pad and cosmic powders for the irridescent glow.  WOW! think that is out of my league!

I think this card is double wicked - wicked (naughty) and wicked (great).  Boxers on the line cut from ribbon - cool. Who made this Tracey or Paul?

Three different ribbons on this card, the 15mm red is under the 40mm sheer - layered texture another stunner from Tracey or Paul.

Your cards have arrived this time Margaret. (Margarets last Christmas challenge parcel is still floating around somewhere).

This little guy is so sweet and is very Beary special!  No note from Margaret so unable to tell you more details.

Margaret this card just shouts romance and it matches my roses!!!

Maggie just loves this sweet little cat image, it is one of her favourites - I agree he is sweet.  With our contemporary valentine ribbons this could also be for a Birthday card.

This card was inspired by Maggies husband - who is a romantic soul, but doesn't like fuss.  I think I have one of those!!!

Maggie also thought she would break out her sewing basket for her last goodie. She loved the hanging ribbon as the hearts are printed both ways, so there are always some the right way round.  Sorry the ribbon loop would not stand up so not that clear. But please look HERE

Great card, love the colours Linda and your note made me laugh.  Linda sent her cards by 2nd class post as she thinks it's quicker!!!!  Her Bling Challenge cards took 3 months to arrive by first class!

This card is wicked Linda - did you knit the heart?

This card is pure Valentine Leslie - it says it all. Leslie has dusted the card with (something?) silver to tone in with the ribbon and it looks magic.

Good idea to fray the ribbon edges Leslie.

Simple but stunning Leslie.  Thanks for your comments about the blog Leslie and glad you enjoyed the challenge.  The next one I have planned is scrummy - that will keep everyone guessing!!

I am only half way through the photos, so will stop for today and come back tomorrow with another batch.

Thanks for all your comments on Friday FREEBIE, they are fun.
